Do agree that we need to better use new tools so that committees and other more informal interest groups can work year round. This would increase our impact and make any face to face meetings much more productive, in my opinion. 

The medium may be changing, but the old "communication, communication, communication" mantra remains true. If people and groups establish and maintain relationships (orientations, ongoing communication), the process of making decisions and reolving diferences is much, much easier and much, much faster.</description>
